Ground Team Red Sdn Bhd (GTR) is pleased to invite qualified and experienced service providers to participate in the tender for the Provision of Contract Staff for Aircraft Interior Cleaning (AIC) Services at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminals.

The appointed Contractor will be responsible for supplying trained Malaysian contract staff to perform Aircraft Interior Cleaning services, including night stop cleaning and ad-hoc cleaning during aircraft turnaround. Services must be delivered in strict compliance with operational requirements, safety standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLA). 

The scope of work covers cockpit, galley, cabin, lavatory, aircraft doors, cargo hold cleaning, disinfection and deodorisation, replenishment of cabin materials, special biohazard cleaning, and standby ad-hoc services during aircraft turnaround.
