Ground Team Red Sdn Bhd (GTR) invites qualified vendors to participate in a tender for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and training for one (1) new or used (less than 5 years) Diesel Refueling Truck.

This initiative aims to replace ageing assets and strengthen our ground support equipment (GSE) refueling capabilities at KLIA terminals, with deployment targeted by November 2025 or earlier.

Scope of Work includes:

• Supply of truck chassis and certified refueling body (min. 5,000L capacity)

• Delivery, commissioning, testing, and certification at KLIA

• Operator & maintenance training, tools, and commissioning kit

• Warranty and after-sales support

Key Dates:

• Tender Release: 2 September 2025

• Closing Date: 17 September 2025

• Award Date: 30 September 2025
