Provision of Contract Staff for Ground Team Red Sdn Bhd (GTR) for Wheelchair Handling from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2028 (with an Option for 2 more years) at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 & Terminal 2 (KLIA Terminals)

Tender Closing Date: 16 June 2025 at 1500hrs (Malaysia Time)

Ground Team Red Sdn Bhd (GTR) is calling a tender exercise for the above-mentioned service. The main duties are to assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance to and/or from their assigned gate or from their arriving flight to the Federal Inspection Services (FIS) area at the KLIA terminals. The staff must be physically fit and able to read, write, speak and understand simple English. They are also required to work on shifts. The full specifications/requirements will be available upon request.

The contract will provide sufficient resources for the service as assigned by GTR in accordance with the specifications/ requirements.
